1. IMOC Membership Renewal Promotion - Terms and conditions of entry
1.1 Renew your IMOC Membership before the AGM and go in the draw to win.
1.2 All financial members will automatically get one entry into the prize draw.
1.3 To qualify for this competition, your IMOC Membership must be current at the time of the 2021 AGM
2.1 The one and only prize is an ALPINESTARS TECH-AIR 5 AIRBAG SYSTEM valued at almost $1,300.
2.2 By entering this competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2.3 “Winner” is defined as the person whose membership number is drawn in the prize draw held at the 2021 IMOC AGM.
2.4 A Winner must be 18 years and over.
2.5 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
2.6 If for any reason this prize draw is not capable of running as planned IMOC reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
3. Prize draw
3.1 One winner will be drawn randomly from all valid members at the time of the 2021 AGM. The winner will be publicly announced on the IMOC website within ten (10) working days of being notified.
3.2 The winner is not required to be physically present at the AGM at the time of the draw.
3.3 IMOC will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 7 days of the Prize Draw, on the phone number and email address registered with their IMOC Membership. The Winner must respond and accept the Prize within 30 calendar days from the date of such call or the prize will be forfeited and another draw undertaken.
3.4 IMOC’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
3.5 IMOC will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize within 25 business days of the winner accepting the Prize.
4. General terms and conditions of entry
4.1 Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended or modified from time to time.
4.2 This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are paid-up financial members of IMOC at the time of the 2021 AGM.
4.3 IMOC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the IMOC Membership renewal process. Failure by IMOC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4.4 IMOC’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.5 IMOC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for death or any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participation in the promotion or as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize. All other expenses incurred with any part of the prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
4.6 If the prize is unavailable, IMOC, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value as specified herewith in these Terms and Conditions.
4.7 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the winner agrees to hold IMOC, its officers and assignees harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of their prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by the use or redemption of their prize.
4.8 By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that IMOC may use his/her name, address, and video and/or photograph for publicity purposes strictly relating to this promotion, including but not restricted to on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, as carried out by IMOC and/or its advertising and promotional agencies, without seeking payment or any other compensation.
4.9 IMOC is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions, including but not limited to that of the prize supplier.
