Italian Motorcycle Owners Club AGM 2021

Saturday 27th March 2021 at Kiwi Paka, Waitomo

We have secured the use of the Kiwi Paka ‘lodge’ at Waitomo for our AGM this year. They are providing a range of accommodation for Saturday night as well as the evening meal and a cooked breakfast for those who choose to stay.  We will have a ride at 2:00 pm on Saturday with a local showing us some favourite roads, then the AGM at 5:00 followed by dinner etc.  There is a bar and restaurant connected to the site.

Choose your accommodation from the options below, and whether or not you want the Dinner and Breakfast.  Then make payment into the IMOC account that has been created for this purpose.  Accommodation is on a first come, first served basis so some may not get their first choice of room / chalet but there is other accommodation nearby including the Waitomo Top10 and the Waitomo Caves Guest Lodge.

 

ACCOMMODATION
(Prices are per room/chalet for Saturday night only)

1. Lodge accommodation: - 32 rooms with two king single beds, linen and towels in each with use of communal showers and toilets, no facilities in the rooms (e.g. tea coffee, fridge): for two people $75.00

2. Lodge Single: Same Lodge room $50.00 for only one person in the room

3. Two Level Chalets: 8 x two level chalets with ensuites, minimum charge  up to two people $120.00, 3 - people- $140.00 and 4 people $160.00. These chalets have two separate sleeping areas/ levels upstairs and down stairs with the ensuite downstairs. Both levels can accommodate two people at each level in single beds. There are no additional facilities ( tea /coffee, making,  fridge, TV)

4. Chalets: 11 x chalets,  $120.00 and each  sleep maximum of 2 people. 6 of the chalets have queen beds and 5 have two king single beds. All rooms have ensuites, bed side tables, TVs, fridges, tea and coffee making facilities. All have balconies with out door furniture. 

5. Two Bedroom Flat: 1 x Two bedroomed flat with kitchenette , terrace  with queen bed room and one room with 2 single beds suitable for up to 4 people for $175.00, any less people $160.00, minimum charge ( would need to know in advance number of  beds)
